4 Week Health Challenge

Food For The Soul has provided over 17.2 million meals and snacks to over 1 million North Texans in need since March. As we head into the New Year, Food For The Soul is looking to grow its efforts to feed the hungry and spread God’s love & hope. On January 11th we will begin our first ever nutrition and fitness challenge in an effort to raise money to continue to provide food for those in need throughout Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are very excited to partner with you in your health goals and helping getting food to our beloved neighbors. We will be posting weekly challenges, nutrition tips and workouts. Those who register with our program can have access to Gina Maria, a nutrition specialist and trainer. Each person who registers can e-mail up to 3 questions per week regarding personal nutrition or workout plan. The best email she can be reached at is gina@foodforthesoul.org.


In addition, we would love to see your progress throughout the 4 weeks. Please tag us on Instagram at @FoodForTheSoul and Food For The Soul on Facebook with your workouts, meals or progress photos. Be sure to use the Hashtag #FFTS. Food For The Soul will be giving out fun prizes and shout outs via social media for participants achieving their health and fitness goals.


The health challenge consists of logging 50 miles over the course of next month. You can run them or walk them. The point is just to get moving. We will be posting healthy recipes and workouts you can do right at home with little to no equipment in conjunction with the 50 mile challenge.
